Dowell Spring is our dedicated precision spring brand, operated by Dongguan Dowell Technology Co., Ltd.
We are located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, focusing on OEM and ODM custom spring solutions.
We manufacture both flat wire springs and round wire springs.
Our flat wire spring lineup includes constant force springs, variable force springs, flat spiral springs, clock springs and brush springs.
We also supply round wire products such as compression springs, torsion springs, extension springs, custom wire forms and supporting spring molds.
We support development from your sketches, samples or engineering drawings. A variety of raw materials are available to match different requirements on tensile load, working temperature and corrosion resistance.
We also provide various spring surface treatments, vacuum heat treatment, salt spray test, anti-corrosion test and other professional technical support services.
Our anti-corrosion performance is verified through testing in pH 4.7 and pH 8.8 solutions. Stainless steel springs achieve over 200 hours of resistance. Copper components finished with our proprietary composite coating and gold plating can sustain more than 200 hours of full immersion in pH 3–3.5 artificial sweat.
